Right now I am taking a break from typing a packing/shopping list for my BIG trip. I am getting more and more excited about going to Ghana! This past Saturday I was invited to a Ghanaian BBQ that was put on by The Church of the Pentecost Oakville Assembly. This is the church that my friend Mary and her family attend. I was so much fun! I got to dance Azonto and eat so Ghanaian food (which I missed so much!). Although my Azonto skills were a bit rusty, I think I did pretty well. I will have lots of time to improve while I am in Ghana.

Here is a picture of me dancing Azonto in the market on my first day in Ghana last summer:

This is some of the students at His Majesty’s Christian School dancing Azonto at the school one morning:

These Ghanian’s sure love to dance!

When I get better at Azonto I will get someone to take a video and I will share it on here with all of you. Perhaps after that you will see me and my Azonto skills on Canada’s Got Talent!
